whats a cool club to manage, not to uber like arsenal, but with nice players ,

2nd question: whats better when i want both all cool players in the database but also a reasonable speed, select the country i am a manager in with large database size or select all popular countries, (France, Germany, England, Holland, Italy, Spain) with a small Data base

I select popular countries on medium, if I play on large it will be slow, even if I only play 1 league.

All the teams have pretty good players (except Wimbledon) but are not topflight.
