Firstly, it is very good to hear from you, cjd17, that it won't modify the DB.
Secondly, now this thread will be overloaded with requests from every user
But if you accept them now, I'd request:
1) UEFA Champions League
2) BBC Match of the Day
3) All the rest European Championships' scoreboards (Liga BBVA, Bundesliga, Serie A, L1)

In my opinion you could better first make Liga BBVA so you have the best leageau's. And I think the CL. (I would do Bundesliga later because the use of spanish teams is higher),

I have changed my db taking the changed EPL team names (abbreviated) from this patch. Wow thats a hell of a scoreboard. Kudos

CJD.. This straightened just my opinion.. if you can pull up on the scoreboard par with skysport tv popups , i think it will appear more accurate. scoreboard looks a little down..

the EPL scoreboard is awesome....best patch after fidels gamepaly for FIFA 11...
just needs TV popups and one more scoreboard and the game will be great.....

hi gr8 work but i hav a minor problem...iv copied all the files and placed them to their respective places and regenerated. now though i can see the scoreboard in game, i do not have the full team names like in the preview, that is im still getting mu and che instead of man utd and chelsea. am i missing something? what is the correct way of installing the sb so that i can c the full team names?

Solution

1)Download and install db mater 11.
2)Run dbm 11.exe
3)Go to file>extract from big>local databases
4)Install "CJD17 EPL Scoreboard Patch" again

OR

For those who cannot afford to change the database (i.e. cannot replace their own database with CJD's, like sj25 uses ETGD), follow these simple steps.

1. Open DBM11.
2. Open CJD's English db (extracted elsewhere)
3. Sort on stringid.
4. Find stringid values starting with TeamName_Abbr3_.

5. Open another instance of DBM11.
6. Open the actual English db (in Fifa11 folder).
7. Sort on stringid.
8. Find stringid values starting with TeamName_Abbr3_.
9. Take the corresponding sourcetext values from CJD's for 20 English teams and put them in corresponding sourcetext of yours.
10. Save it.

No more MU or CHE
