The screenshot that you showed is only possible if you try to open loc\eng_us-meta.xml and db\fifa_ng_db.db through DBM11 (remember you have to select one xml and one db when you are opening a database.
For Editing or viewing English database (anywhere, be it in CJD's extraction folder or the default one), you have to open loc\eng_us-meta.xml and loc\eng_us.db.
For editing or viewing main database, you have to open db\fifa_ng_db-meta.xml and db\fifa_ng_db.db.
I hope it is clear now.

can anybody help me please. I copied the patch to data folder ran the v1.5 degenerator but no change.

I know its some posts in the past, and i wont make a lot of friend posting this, but the whole story about releasing mods or not got me thinking and i felt to chip my thoughts in.
I mean in the end you will have to ask yourself why you mod? Are you in it for the fame? Because if you are, i think the take of cjd17 is right and you SHOULD keep your stuff to yourself. Because in my opinion, modding is pure "giving". If you cant except that, you shouldnt mod.
You dont and should never expect anything in return. I mean i modded myself, and like cjd17 said, a good mod takes a looooot of time and effort. But ask yourself why you made all that effort in the first place? The answer will probably be: for yourself. You want, like in this case, a realistic awesome looking scoreboard, so you can enjoy it for yourself and make a good game an even better experience for you to enjoy. Well, mission accomplished! So, this could be all. No hard feelings. OR in the next step, you could consider sharing that experience, releasing your mod online and make a lot of people very happy because you are proud on what you have achieved. And thats it. Even if the people out there will never know your name. I mean so what? THATS what modding should be all about. Creating something that EVERYONE can enjoy, and/or in some rare cases to piss someone at "ea" off ^^
And who knows, in the end maybe some people will thank you. if that happens, sweet ... but even if not. Stopping to release mods because most people wont remember your name or dont say thank you enough, or dont value the effort and work enough is ... well, imho just sad. That would be like bands saying, hey, we will never sing again if there is even one guy out there pirating our music. Because there will ALWAYS be such a guy. Like you'll always see that one guy that couldnt aim in a public toilet.
So even if your mod is passed around with another name, or re-modded with new graphics, or what not ... who cares? that did happen to a mod of mine back in the max payne 2 days, and sure i was pissed, but that never made me question releasing it in the first place. I mean YOU still got your mod for yourself to enjoy, they cant take that away from you. And you still made a loooooooot of people very happy. Maybe your mod even inspired some to make a mod of their own. And im pretty sure a lot of them, lets call em the importend ones, still know who to thank for that. And that should be enough for a modder. Otherwise the modding scene would die out. And that would be such a shame, especially for such great mods like this.
So I thank cjd17 for this great scoreboard work! You inspired me to try myself on the world cup 2010 scoreboard and i hope to get at least close to what you have done! Keep up the great work and i hope you'll never lose faith in the idea of modding and will release in the future as well

You going to be fixing the scoreboard issues I mentioned before? Even if you don't, I'll still use it, it's absolutely epic but hopefully you can find the time to fix these small issues.
