the second one it's not that hard. just have to play with to183_s.fsh file (making the alpha .bmp full black).

EDIT: Ok, just got back home and i said to try resolve the first question of fifaCCitiu.com's, the one with team stripes and lol, it was simle like 1+1 :P:

But as you can see, sadly it affects team stripes from player names too, exactly like in cjd17's screens. I'll see if it can be solved, but i don't think it can.
