After Creation master, Cinematics 09 patch is the best work in Fifa editing... Thanks for expend much of your time, for a really better gameplay experience!!!

No, it is for every mode. If you don't see changes that's because you have already installed this patch with another patch (Fifamania Superpatch for example). So you cannot notice differences

I had to do a re-install of Fifa and I installed the Cinematics Patch 09 as I did previously. The game crashed at the point of loading the game. This sounds very noobish, but did I need the first patch? I installed the fixed one.

This is very strange. Did you installed only the cinematics patch? If so, try to reinstall it...

Cinematics Patch 09

The ones that use cinematics/trailers arent Machinima - they didnt set up their own shots or anything. They just cut together footage. And its not "real-time" either.
