i have to import them into the 0_text.asf, i know,but which program do i have to use?

i imported alex´s faces with dkz, they work fine, but he had *.str-files which were named unknow-*****.str., so i only had to overwrite the ones in the 0_text, but you have *.bin-files called facew**** :S im new at pes5!
