Cigman, your faces maintain such colour depth and smoothness that I'm starting to think you're inserting the faces in a different way to myself. I end up with slightly grainy looking faces, and very pale (in the sense that the lips don't keep their redness). Could you at least give a quick step-by-step of what you do once you've 100% completed the look of the face? ie. do you save to the quality you require within your paint program (e.g. Photoshop)? Or do you export and use PSP? etc

It´s very easy dude,first you must have the Graphic Studio to open the O_TEXT wich is the AFS who as all the faces,then with this tool you just have to find the faces and import the ones i post over the ones of the O_TEXT,very simple you can find Graphic Studio with google or yahoo

I only use photoshop,but mabe the difference of my faces to yours is in the pallete i use,cause i dont use the original of the game,i use my own pallete

And also is it possible, upon releasing a face including screen of the player in the rar? i think that would be great.

It`s 100% perfect! Which model did you use? And how do you save BMPs with alpha masks in photoshop? it doesnt work for me.. i want to change and edit some hair so that it fits on Kahn.cigman said:Ok,i´ve done the work in Oedit and made a little cahnge on bmp,so now you can make the rest
