Just as an intermission:innocent_smile_1:, I'm pleased to inform you that now with Deveronvale finished, I've got all 44 rosters done, with those of Buckie T. & Deveronvale completely fine-tuned.
Just the fine-tuning of all 42 league teams, and we're there...:bob:

I would be very surprised if there isn't already some bunch of Germans out there doing such a patch. Then again, perhaps it could be stuck to the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga to make a MASSIVE patch...

I've made massive patches like that before, but the tournament format was a wee bit easier to use and Rinaldo's wares made editing a breeze. Then again I've never been much for faces or squads for that matter.

Any one else interested in such a thing? If so I doubt you'd be in this thread...

I'm not sure what you mean by traditional - the league structure is extremely new - The Bayernliga is in its first season.

Many moons ago I was languishing in Dusseldorf and had a day off so I headed off on a train towards to North Sea. Being from a fishing village, I was intrigued to head to Emden. The train went through various places including Munster and a wee place called Meppen which straddles the Ems river which the train followed.
A fun time had by all.

Here are the kits from SV Meppen

Hmmm Bremen. I'm a big fan of the Schnoorviertel and the Musikanten but Neuoberland can't even get a sponsor for their kit - sounds like a team no one would be bothered making kits for... Here they are.

Time flies by and it is almost November, many folk are going out and buying FIFA 13, but you can ofcourse enjoy these kits in FIFA 11 and 12.

My next effort comes from Cologne. Always good for a laugh and a Karneval, Cologne is rather picturesque and a challenge to Kolsch drinkers.

Next up is SV Waldhof Mannheim.
Mannheim is a nice wee place that is designed in square blocks and the Innenstadt doesn't really have street names, merely a grid system.

Chuck I like how you give back ground information and history on your kits, your like the wikipedia of kitmakers.

Why thank you.
I like to think Football is full of something called in german - Leidenschaft (passion). I assume soccer is full of it too.
I suppose it is just a way for a middle aged man to reflect on misadventures many involving a lot of Gemutlichkeit...
Dodgy Freelance Free-Range kit making seems to fit my needs at the moment.

A trip to Cologne wouldn't be complete without conjuring up memories of Karneval in the Heumarkt listening to De Hohner and others... I've already looked at Fortuna Koeln, but now for cross town rivals and leaders of the Regionalliga West - Viktoria Koeln.

Did you know that prior to Queen Victoria, the name Victoria (or Viktoria) was quite rare in Britain. Then again if her parents hadn't hotfooted it from their German Schloss to London town she would have been born in Germany, as opposed to just marrying one and taking his name - Sachsen Coburg Gotha...

Ich habe das Essen in Essen gegessen...

I have just turned my attention to Rot-Weiss Essen.
A former great of German Football now languishing in the Regionalliga.
Essen is very much central to the Ruhr industrial Area. On a visit to the Zeche Zollverein Mining Complex I was duly informed that due to mining subsidence, they will be pumping water out of the valley for hundreds of years, long after they remember why...

Once upon a time I visited a place called Wuppertal. I was then told there was no such thing as Wuppertal, merely that the Wuppertal was merely a collection of villages along the valley of the Wupper River. The River doubles as the main transport artery - the Schwebebahn which is a monorail where the carriages are suspended from the rail which is then connected to the banks of the river. The stations are raised and feature a platform which the carriages land on.

Anyway back to more kits noone really cars about - this time around Wuppertaler SC
