Manchester City have a real incentive as they head to Chelsea on Sunday, knowing they can be the first club to inflict the double on Jose Mourinho's Blues - with the game live on Sky Sports 1.
Chelsea's only Premiership defeat came at the hands of City at Eastlands in October, but there will be no Nicolas Anelka to contend with on Sunday following the Frenchman's January departure to Fenerbahce.
Mourinho's men brushed off the defeat to City to embark on a 15-game unbeaten run and they will be strongly fancied to extend their sequence.
The Blues were made to work hard to see off a belligerent Blackburn side on Wednesday, but victory came at a price.
Flying Dutchman Arjen Robben netted the only goal of the game at Ewood Park, but he was forced off shortly afterwards with an ankle injury following a stiff tackle from Aaron Mokoena.
Chelsea are awaiting scan results on Robben's ankle and although it is believed he has suffered only bruising, he will not get the chance to terrorise City on Sunday.
With Robben missing, Damien Duff is likely to be the main attacking threat - as Didier Drogba is also rated doubtful, while Scott Parker, Ricardo Carvalho and Robert Huth are definitely out.
John Terry appeared to damage his shoulder against Rovers, but the powerful centre half is almost certain to take his place in the heart of Mourinho's back four.
City boss Kevin Keegan is likely to stick with the same team which drew with Newcastle in midweek, with Robbie Fowler set to spearhead the side in Anelka's stead.
Keegan has been championing the cause of Shaun Wright-Phillips and the speedy midfielder will look to prove he is worthy of an England start with a starring display against the runaway Premiership leaders.
Skysports.com Prediction: 1-0.
With no Robben, it could be a case of Chelsea grinding out a narrow win.
Player to watch: Shaun Wright-Phillips

and a bit of fuel into the fire:
Manchester City manager Kevin Keegan insists Chelsea will not do the quadruple this season.
Keegan's side - the only English team to beat Chelsea this season - travel to London on Sunday looking for an unlikely double following their victory at The City of Manchester Stadium in October.
No matter what the result in the capital is, Keegan insists Jose Mourinho's side are not capable of completing the unprecedented capture of every trophy on offer.
"It just won't happen - definitely not," stated Keegan.
"They deserve great credit just for getting to February and still being able to say they have a chance of achieving it.
"But there is a big difference between having a chance of winning four trophies and actually doing it.
"I think they will win two, including The Premiership, but they have no chance of winning all four. I would be absolutely amazed if they did that."
Despite Keegan thinking Chelsea would come up short in the quest for four trophies - he did reserve some special praise for his counterpart Mourinho.
"What I find most remarkable is that he has come over here with very little football background in terms of playing and within a matter of weeks turned a set of talented individuals into a quite exceptional team," he added.
"He is clearly a confident individual, bordering on arrogant sometimes, but maybe that is the way he has to be. I don't have a problem with him - English football is better for having him here."
