I'm just reading posts, and I'm confused

Everybody says Chelsea will win Valencia without problems. Why are you so sure about it? I'm seeing the same things as Inter match. Why are Chelsea fans (or not Chelsea fans) completely sure that they are going to win the knockout vs Valencia?

Please, I need to know it, because I'm seeing a lot of haughty. I'd like very much to know your opinions about the match. And I don't see the same things happens to the other matches in quaterfinals. I'd like to know why is this the most clearly macth for all of you. I'm feeling like if Valencia was a second division team in Spain or something like that :nape: :nape: :nape:

I don't believe in such a thing as an easy game or an easy win Valencia will be just as difficult as playing Barca or Bayern no difference, at this stage no one can predict any games.

Chlesea has better chances that Valencia ok but football is football and everything is possible, u have smashed Inter, why not Chelsea? Valencia is a really good team, so we'll see.....:)

what are you talking about...A minnow team like Lille gave united such a hard time. You think chelsea will have it easy against valencia?..

I haven't been that impressed by Valencia's football (or their fighting skills, haha), anyways I think Porto plays better football than Valencia and I'll be surprised if Chelsea doesn't go through comfortably. But, you never know I guess..

Valencia and Chelsea will be one of the more interesting ties and its gonna be tough especially with Chelsea have to play the away leg at the Mestalla, but i dunno i think Chelsea can just narrowly win it

I wouldn't be so disrespectful towards a good club like Valencia by writing them off so easy. Although a couple of their players picked up bans this week that will mean missing the Chelsea game, I still think that the result is nigh impossible to predict. No way would I ever underestimate Valencia, and I don't think Jose will either.

You clearly haven't been hearing what some ManU Fans are saying in regards to their match against Roma.

valencia lost 2-0 today against an 8th place team. Hmm It makes me think twice about how they will perform against chelsea

Same people who said Inter would show Arsenal "real football" a few years back. Don't listen to them, we play on grass not paper, well, sometimes Chelsea plays on sand, but the point still stands.

Chelsea vs Liverpool would be a lot better round compared to Valencia against Liverpool/PSV so I think you might have a reason to cheer for Chelsea for once. Chelsea are starting to return to full strength so I'd favour them, not just because I'm a fan.

It's not that it's a clear pass for Chelsea, whatever the fans might say, Mou recognises that Valencia are a strong team, and you won't see Chelsea making mistakes in the match, I can assure you. But, whatever you might say about Chelsea playing unattractive football, they get the job done. They havn't suffered a loss since Anfield, and with Cech between the posts, Terry back in the defense, and Drogba in front, Valencia are really facing their toughest competitor yet. Not too mention that few in the squad are underperforming, and IMO, all of the transfers have started to pick up the pace, if they haven't already. So really, Valencia is facing a Chelsea in its strongest moment this season, and for a team that in my eyes hold no surprises and several bans for the coming match, it just doesn't look like they will be able to handle Chelsea.

English clubs have a history of bombing out at this point, especially since its near easter, where the prem likes to have teams play 100 games at once, the fixture pileup could cost chelsea this tie, i think they will lose this one

The first game is at home which sucks. I think they'd be better off if they had an away game the 1st time because they're going to be fatigued for the first game and it'd be better to play that one away and get an away goal or a 0-0 result and then play home in the second fixture.

Lonestarr is right and thats waht worries me, we are still fingitng for the prem, fa cup and c.l, and our squad isnt even that big and we have injury to Joe Cole. This fixture congestion can take alot of from a persons body. The time Chelsea have to rest is the only concern and thats also Mourinhos concern because Valencia will have like a week + to get ready for this game while Chelsea will have 2 games. But it is possible the Chelsea trainers have to be on top of thier game for this upcoming stretch and i think they will be, I think Chelsea can fight through and win but the fixtures is huge factor.
