I mean if Podolski doesn't want to come, then we should get Owen.
After I quoted your lineup, it became balanced again. Strange. Anyway, your point of Cole as the third midfielder is the one I wanted to discuss. Many feel that he merits being put back on the bench with a fit Duffer and Robben back, but with his ability to adjust to what Jose wanted earlier this season I think the guy can be plopped in midfield and make the best of it. Tiago is great and all, but Joe is a rising star. Only problem is its gonna restrict Lamps going forward and if that happens, then nobody's gonna frigging score.becksfranksteve said:the Chelsea Lineup

Chelsea legend Zola ends career
Former Chelsea and Italy striker Gianfranco Zola has quit the game, a week before his 39th birthday.
Zola had a fine season in Serie A with Cagliari, leading to speculation he might play on for another 12 months.
But the former Napoli and Parma star, a legend at Stamford Bridge, has confirmed he will now retire.
He said: "It was not an easy decision, but I felt an ever stronger desire to dedicate myself to things that I have neglected over these years."
Zola, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Parma for £4.5m in 1996, played for Chelsea for seven years but returned to Italy to finish his career with Cagliari.
He scored 80 goals and helped the club win six trophies during his seven seasons at Stamford Bridge.
Golden Arrows said:U know what Im starting to hate bout chelsea, is that its become a cheque book club. Sort of a club U come to to ensure U get a really nice financial cushion for when they retire.
Theres no loyalty or passion for the club...its just become about MONEY!!
And the real danger is , it could become a club full of mercinaries ...
just check what happens if they dont win anything? Are they going to be united, work harder and make a comeback next season.
Or r they going to be divisions and cliques developnig and guys start thinking bout renegotiating contracts or look for moves elsewhere ...Real Madrid etc... because these are clubs wherethey can win things
For what exactly?Rob said:He is too short.
