Cheap players to start with in Career Mode

I've just started Career Mode and I need some good and cheap players.

I've found these from other threads and I'll try them later:
Stuart Downing (middlesbourgh)
potter (liverpool)
whitbread (liverpool)
vermulean (Ajax)
ambrose (newcastle)
clark (everton)

Any more suggestions?
I know I'm supposed to sell 30+ players b4 they retire and I'll try to keep my squad to a max 18/19 players.
