Champions League playerslist

I just had to assign 25 players to play in the Champions League. I assigned 22 because I was thinking of buying 3 more players. Well, after 1 month, I could buy some new players, but is there any way that I can let them now play in my CL? I already sent in the playerslist...but only 22 of 25

I don't think they can play in the CL (not exactly sure, someone correct me if i'm wrong) you probably have to wait till the later stages of the CL before you can register them.

once you submited the list. you can't resubmit it anytime if you have new player and wish them to play in CL. you have to wait for later stages to submit your new player list.

in another case, if the player already play in CL for other club, they will be ineligeble to play for you

i think that goes for all European competitions, e.g. if a player has already played in UEFA cup, he cant play in the CL for you as well...

so buy the player before the deadline if possible...and also check if they have played in europe already, since some teams have to qualify early (also Intertoto crap)

if someone has already been included in a european team, he cannot play for another team that year in europe. I think its to prevent players suddenly leaving failing clubs to go to better clubs not that would ever happen

or deliberately losing matches for his current team to boost the chances for the team he's signed a pre-contract with...
