Eastern Europe: 5 teams (Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic)
Southern Europe: 3 teams (Greece, Turkey)
Northern Europe: 1 team (Norway)

If anything proves how much of a dominance Western European clubs have over this competition it's that. By the way I didn't include Sevilla/AEK.
