Champions League confusion

Hi everybody. I am really looking forward to UCL 2007. But I am really not sure what platform to buy it on! I have the choice of PS2 or PC. I would really appreciate if someone could give me the ups and downs of the games on each platform.Example: for PC the gameplay is good but the graphics are bad. I hope im not asking too much

PS2, it has more extras, but if you want to play online - PC

PC , you can use a lot of patchs

and IF you have a good computer,its effect will more more better than it on ps2

One problem is that i dont really know how safe all this downloading is but if I knew even how to download things, i probably would get it on PC. Does anyone have an idea of how safe it is and how long it takes to download?
