I couldnt , I installed a patch recently and it crashed my FIFA, it was a FIFA 09 patch and I thought there was no difference, but it ruined my FIFA 10 heheh, I installed it again though, and I had a back-up, but the backup was made before I made those teams. Sorry, anyways I can help you...
