Champions League adboards for PES 2008

Mmmm couldn't manage it, I get confused/lost at this bit

Now click on the first box and choose to save the img file in a directory of your choice (don't overwrite the old cv_1.img file!).
Now open the new cv_1.img file, right click on adboard_38 then "import a file over this one" and choose the file from my archive. Rename the new file to cv_1.img and overwrite the old one.


You should make the read me clearer or have pictures ;p

also will these boards show up in online games, if not then no point in going to all this trouble.
