CEP for FIFA12

hey all
I'm just wondering does still exist the idea of making the CEP patch for FIFA this year?
- as you remember last year, ..actually this year for fifa 11, we had a lot of criticism and conflicts among the users and patch modders and between the patchers themself as well.
quite a few of them said, as I remember, that they are putting the hands off from the project like that for FIFA12.

- so I'm a little bit concerned abt that, 'couse I still think that CEP is a huge project to edit, very hard and complex, although it had some issues, I wouldn't like to miss that patch this year.
- If that goal still exists, it should be started as soon as possible, so we could use it something before than this year.
- we are possesing much more finished tools than we had it last year, so if someone has a good will for that kind of job, it doesnt seem that anything can be an obstacle for agreement, and starting the job in a near future.

yea it will be in the making, we'd rather not discuss it cause we dont want to deal w/ release issues, etc.

i want it to be were we get a person from each region that supports a specific league to help out along the process w/ the db, this way it gets done quicker, rosters more accurate, etc.

but until we completely figure out how everything works, there is nothing we can do.

it would take 38 members to do database works & 3x that to work on kits, etc.

i myself would rather conmebol leagues, as its less work w/ better leagues that arent already in fifa.
id rather play w/ argentina & uruguay than estonia & latvia, etc.

all the good uefa leagues are already in game w/ the exception of ukraine, turkey & greece.

My suggestion is:

National teams
All FIFA members - 208 teams with 52 teams which is already in game

Europe:
First divisions: 52 leagues with 17 leagues which is already in game + FC Vaduz
Second divisions: England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Denmark, Switzerland, Scotland, Grecce, Russia
Third divisions: England, France, Germany, Spain
Fourth divisions: England

South America
All first divisions: 10 leagues with 1 league with is already in game
Second divisions: Argentina, Brazil

North America
First divisions: USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago
Second divisions: USA
Rest: Puerto Rico Islanders, Tivoli Gardens, Harbour Wiew, Belize Defence Force

Asia:
First divisions Korea Republic, Australia, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Iran
Rest: Clubs from AFC Champions League

Africa:
First divisions: South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Cameroon, Nigeria
Rest: Al-Hilal Omdurman, Al-Merreikh, AS Vita Club, TP Mazembe, Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, ASEC Mimosas, Africa Sports, Al-Ittihad Tripoli, Al-Ahly Benghazi

Oceania
First divisions: New Zaeland
Rest: 6 clubs from OFC Champions League

I have kits for: New Zaeland, Czech Republic (1-4 div), 14 teams from Europe, and some kits which was made for FIFA 11 - Trinidad and Tobago, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, and some clubs from Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Ivory Coast, etc.

i think cep is the best patch for fifa by far and i'm willing to help you guys. i don't know how to make kits, faces..etc but i can help with the player ratings and squads for turkish league if needed.

With some luck we'll have the third and fourth Romanian divisions covered up this year, jsut like last year.

We are able to make huge patch about Czech and Slovak lower divisions.

Look on this green Czech leagues:



Slovakian leagues will be only 1-3 levels.

What do u mean professional ? Professionals get paid for what they're working on... And modders here don't get a payment so consumer only shouldn't complain. It's just take it or leave it.

i think CEP must be a bit smaller, why spend so much time making Nicaragua...? Panama? etc

10-15 leagues are more than enough, its matter of quality not quantity.

I guess i have to say something now.

1st, the CEP is in the making. the rosters are being done in excel. So far, 20 european leagues are done (regarding name, shirt number, position, nationality, age, DOB and height)

the logos are in charge of juan_007, just like in previous years, and that shouldn't take much (actually, he's doin it already). He's also in charge of league logos and trophies.

for kits, since we don't have much time, and we don't wanna spent 3 months lookin for people that might help us, we'll use the same ones we had for cep11. if that's ok with u guys, it's great. if not, then u can create a patch that u enjoy Particularly, I don't care if a sponsor is old or new, i rather have a stable game and play it for months, then a completely updated game (in terms of graphics) that can be played for 3 weeks.

we won't make minis cuz we don't need em, so that's a plus.

So.. that's it. As reg said, we can't do anything yet with the proper tools and without knowin how to create tournaments and stuff like that. But if u guys are ok with all the things I said, it's great. But if u like celtian's idea (which I think it's great, but that can't be done unless u have 50-60 guys workin on the patch), then it's ur decision.

Mate use the kits from CRLP 11 Volume 2 for CEP 12, they are fully 11/12 updated.

Quality = better resembles of reality in kits\stats\faces\formations etc now if you prefer 30 leagues with thousands unknown players with questionable staff, ok.

I'm definitely making my CONCACAF Superliga patch like last year, didn't know if anyone would care but had over 1000 downloads so its on. Last year was my first at patch making so I will make sure that this year the patch is perfect and I have some good people in my corner to make that happen.
