CEP 7.0 problem

Hello I downloaded the CEP 7.0 and made a few changes in the CM 09 about the teams that have a place in Copa Sudamericana and Libertadores but nothing with errors.
When I start the game and go to Manager Mode after I click "Create a New Manager" the game crashs and return to windows. What I have to do ?

One of the new leagues dosen't have any menu graphics?

Isn't CEP crap? I've heard the kits are low 1G quality and there are lot of bugs and crashes. I suggest you to install the leagues/tournaments you want to play as separate patches. For me, CEP 6.0 last year didn't work at all. :willis:
