CARRER MODE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ERROR

I first did a career mode with Feyenoord from the Netherlands, and even when I won the Dutch championship, the team didn't qualify for champions, and the tables only showed teams with the name "ND" and without a shield

Then, I created a new career with St. Pauli in Germany, and qualified for the Champions League, but whenever I played and I replaced or the CPU replaced a player, the game crashed.

Can someone please tell me how to fix it?
