3 seasons in and really tired of players complaining about being homesick and other nonsense when they are doing well and playing often. I'm 1st in the league and Podolski complains about homesick and demands to be transferred (then he automatically gets sold to Madrid) Is there any way to tone this down? I think that's why some big name players keep switching teams year after year.

Anyway, you could try to change the following lines
cmsettings.ini:
MAXATTEMPTSPERWINDOW = 3
And try to tweak moralesettings.ini, that can be found in the first post.

right? I think they mean that player with ovr 0-50 can grow by 17, overall 50-70 by 12, 70-80 by 10, and so on.

Nope, after regenerate by FHL it isn't working at all. I mean they aren't 90+, but there aren't any changes.

Back to my problem. I find out that reason of my problem are those:
But earlier when I changed it it was OK. It affected only my players and they grow up much faster. But now, when I change it something goes wrong and it makes really weird things, as you saw. Do you know why?

There are two things controlling player growth. In the fifa careerdb is a growth table that is getting updated/changed after you start a new career. But when changing .ini files during a career season, makes your table going corrupt. I recommend you start a new career everytime you change the playergrowth .ini files.
