1. You cannot substitute teams once you've started a career.
2. When setting up a new career, you're given the option to redraw tourney seeds AND the option to switch out individual teams. Pretty good options already IMO.

There are tourney-specific values in the db. You would have to download and install DBM 12, then open the db and check the tourney tables to see if there are specific values that determine which teams/leagues are selected for cup play. That's one possible solution but I have no idea if it will work.

Downloading DBM 12 would probably be a good idea anyway. You seem intent on changing a bunch of things and editing the game files. Learning to use the various editing tools would be to your benefit. You would learn how the various files all work and how to edit the game, and then you wouldn't have to wait around for days for answers to your questions.

I opened the db and checked: there are several tourney tables, including for example a tourn_licensed table and a tourn_licensed_stages table. It looks like there are values in these tables that allow you to choose which leagues/teams are allowed to be represented in which licensed tournaments, along with other editable values.

You would have to spend time experimenting with different edits and values by starting a new career, over and over again, to see if your edits show up in-game and if they affect the game's tourney draw programming. This is what I mean by learning how the various files work. Every time I want to edit something, I have to go thru this process (everyone does who edits the game). Sometimes it takes me weeks of experimenting and testing to figure out how editing one single table in the db affects the game.

i extract the dlc folder to my folder Game in Fifa 13 after that i run i68 regenerator put all green and click " GO! " AND STILL DONT WORK , i already tried delete fifa 13 folder in documents and still dont work

Not exactly kosher to try and get people involved with helping you when you don't disclose all relevant details, bro. If I had a -- let's call it "less than store-bought" -- copy of the game, I would naturally assume that's the reason why mods and patches don't work. Kind of like finding a half-eaten ice cream cone on the ground and then wondering why it's all melted and full of dirt.

How do you know the files aren't working? What are you checking that tells you regenerating didn't work? If it's a regenerating issue, there are other regen tools you can try: FM 12 for example, that's what I use.

The first car I bought was 25 years old and I paid 300 bucks for it. Two days later it conked out. A second-hand car with a cracked block might run, might not. If you want to know for sure your car will run, buy it new.

Talk like what? You asked me a question, I answered you, I even offered some advice, but you took offense for some reason. If you want to ensure these mods to work with your FIFA 13 game, then download the game from Origin and don't use a cracked version. Your choice.

I think that I have found the answer to the above query.
The solution maybe in the following:
CProgramFiles\OriginGames\FIFA13\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\compdata

and especially in:
B]tasks file[/B].

The problem is that I don't know the accurate correlation among given codes (in number form) and specific teams or leagues.

Could please anyone provide any help on this ?
