Career Mode Transfer Budget Problem

I'm playing as Real Sporting de Gijón in 3rd season in Career mode and budget isn't carrying over to the next year-It just resets each year and I lose acquired cup transfer money. Is there a fix for this problem?

Ithink you must set your transfer fee slider to 0-100 before you end the season for the money to carry over.
