Career mode still only 5 years?

Is the career mode only 5 years like it said in the demo? Has EA changed anything?

other teams DO ask you to be the manager.....the game has only been out for a couple of days, no club will ask you to be manager after 2 or 3 wins in the season.....

yeah, my friend said they do ask you to be their manager. (he's been playing it 24 hours a day)
