Can anyone tell me how to collect points for transfering player purpose. coz i score a hatrick once and a message shows that 6000 points will be credited but how come don't added up to my budget.

Those 6,000 points were probably for you to spend in the "My FIFA Store" to unlock stuff and not for your team budget.

Otherwise i have no idea. :)
