Career mode and injured players

Is there a way to start career mode with injured players? E.g. Cordoba at Inter is on a long term injury, but he is availible from the start.

He meant, that can he make players injured already, when you start Manager Mode. Like in Football Manager. I don't think it's possible, though.

i think so , yes . i started my career mode with all players avaible (except the one's already on loan)

That's the thing he don't want. He'd like it, that Córdoba+all the others be injured at the start. I think..
