Career Loading Crash!

Hi everybody

After I have played the first game of my new career, the game crashes about at 75-79% of the loading and I cannot continue..

Someone could explain me why, please?

did u alter ur db by installing ne patch after u started d manager mode lik added a team, league, etc...if this is d case den u cannot continue with ur old career
