car audio help

i dunno if this is the right place for this or not but... i'm looking to get a system for my car and i have no idea what i should buy(deck,subs,amp,etc)
does ne one know ne thing about car audio? thanx

I would recommend Alpine Type-R subs or Polk Audio Momos. Of course, you're gonna need a good head unit..... alpine are top of the line.... as for an amp, you can find a good one on ebay within a good price range.....


And for the subs, it depends on what kind of car you have and how enclosed your space is. Two 10' might sound better and clearer than two 12'.....

A Pioneer head unit, with 4 Pioneer speakers, 2 in the front - 2 in the back. If you get the top of line Pioneer speakers, then theres really no need for subs in my opinion.
