Captains Armbands Where When And How???

so where do i find the captains armbands with these new kits and how do i import them into the game thanks

The captains armbands are contained in the actual .fsh file of the kit, if you open one with EAGraph or FshEd you will see a sperate part of the file called 'slvc', it is only 8x8 so details on it look totally blurred. and really isn't worth editting, only if the colour clashes with a kit.
