Can't save or import package files :(

I can't save or import package files in the CC! Someone please help me. I get this error message:

Reinstall Fifa2003 using the "Full Install"

ARGH!

I get the same error message. It is extremely frustrating. Especially after I spent several hours downloading CC with my 56k connection and then I found out it's totally useless. Please help us! Let's try to find what do we (guys getting the error message) have in common. I (i.e. my brother on which computer I have FIFA and CC) have AMD Athlon 1 GHz, 256 MB, WIN 2k Pro, Geforce 2 MX400 32MB...

CC Error Help!!!!!!

I have that error too!
I'd already re-install the FIFA 2003 and CC.
But the error it's there...

Please someone help or EA launch the version 2 of CC.

(PS: The FIFA 2002 customize was so good. Excellent.
Why did they screw it????)
