Can't Run Demo!!

I installed the latest drivers for my Nvidia Ge Force 4 Mx 420 64mb graphics card, but when i go to the game...it starts flicking after i select the teams and then it remains there. When i go to check out my display settings on the control panel i go to graphics card and when i click on the tab it says "catastrophic failure" Anyone know what this is attributed to?? Any help would be warranted, thanks in advance!:)

I have exactly the same problem after upadate the drivers for my Mx440 .Before the game run but very slow now i have this kind of problem .Any help?

MX cards aren't very high end cards, they're aced by most GeForce 3s and many 'proper' GeForce 2s - even if you do get it going you'll be pushed to get a steady frame rate at any resolution...

Finally it worked!! The drivers had a problem so i went and did windows restored, obviously i burned PES3 demo to a cd before doing that and i went to the last time i did system restore, and it worked perfectly!:rockman:
