Cant install Real Player...

As the title says

I have Win XP Professional and i use Firefox's lates version.When i download the damn thing and run the installer it is all good but when i try to run the program it does nothing.Nothing pops-up and nothing starts playing.It cant be some Firefox plugin problem cause it ran nicely on my last PC and now it isnt running on IE either and i have re-downloaded and re-installed it many times.If anyone could help id be very thankful.

well 1 of the options is the one dazmania gave u, and the other is try to install it from aol software cd, i dont know that it might work or know
