Cant buy a player

Hi!

Im having problems buying a player named Villa Luz from a mexico team, Im the manager of Atltetico Madrid of the spanish league.

He is cheap, i keep offering more money for the team and more for his salary, and he nevers acepts.

At first i though it was becouse of the begining of the season, i won the season and after that i went the same way.

How can i buy a player like that?

Actually, if you open with CM, you'll see one "will never play for" box. There, you have a team, which the player will never play for.

But i dont think a mexican player would not want to play in a spain team.

that same thing happened to me with a spanish player named Palop Cervera, i offer to him more than 60.000.000€ xD

Ok, i just download CM 08 and i went to see that player and it says:

"Don't care"

What can cause this? Any1 has an idea?

Are you using the Negotiation History to find out why your offer is being refused?? You need to satisfy the team first and then the player, so there is no point in increasing both the transfer fee and the wages/bonus/length. The messages in the negotiation screen generally indicate why an offer has been refused and what you need to do (if anything, some refusals are show stoppers)

why don't u use MANAGER MASTER 08 by rinaldo?

Yeah basically do what paolo-fcb said to do. The problem is if you don't use manager master the team can't just sign any player. If say the player you want is a RWM and there is only 1 RWM in the team then they won't sell, so they need to sign another RWM in order to be able to sell. Its a stupid thing EA have done.
