Can we add playable countries for Be a Pro: Club and Country?

I'm definitely 14-15 years too late, but has anyone found a way to include more playable countries for Be a Pro: Club and Country mode?

I ask because even after I added a new national team (Philippines) to the International league using Creation Manager 10, players with Philippines nationality still cannot play international games in the mode
