Hi,
I am trying to dwnload the fifa 2004 version 1.1 patch from EA.Everytime I try it says download complete after a few minutes but it doesnt make any difference to the game.I still can't config my controller.I sent EA sports a mail and they told me to use the patch(which wont work). What do I do, Plaes help its doing my head in

There had been some talk that the download is slow. Try waiting for about 10 minutes even after it says "Download Complete."

I opened the little internet connection thingy at the bottom of the screen which lets you know how much data has been sent and received and waited until the data received figure stopped rising (took 20 minutes after it said download complete) The patch then worked.

Thanks Guys.I waited for about 10 minutes after downloading but I nvere thought of the bytes received thing.
