Well you dont have to, I live in Canada and ordered WE6 on amazon.ca and the same will happen when WE7 comes out in february.

PES 3 won't be realeased in North America, however WE:7 will be realeased here in Feb of next year. As for me I'll be getting my copy of PES off eBay this November.

realize that console verions from Europe or Asia will be PAL format, and will not work on consoles from north america. At least that was what I was told for other pes versions.
