Can someone be able to edit the ball speed in rain weather?

Hi to all,
like in title, is there a way to make the ball speed (for ground pass) faster compared to the actual speed, at least like no-rain weather? For high ball the rebound is ok.
Is there a parameter in product.ini or rna.ini or other file that affects this speed?
Because in reality, when the ground is wet, the ball rolls faster than in dry ground. A lot of Spain teams water the field to make it faster for their build up.
But in Fifa this wrong effect decrease the realism...

Sorry for my English
Thanks in advance.

ball phys is just fine on the wet pitch. no need to be changed for more realism.
when the ball jumps its getting acceleration, and when rolling ball is slowing down rapidly

in fact,
when the ball jumps it's ok,
but when the ball rolls it slows rapidly, and this is not the reality, it's true only in heavy rain (very rare).
In wet ground the ball rolls faster and it's more difficult to control.
For normal rain or little, like in England the pitch is perfect to pass and move the ball at the real speed... in reality but not in fifa.
In which file I can find this value to edit??
Thanks in advance.
