I wanne make some Dutch Patches for FIFA2004 but can some 1 help me?

How can i edit the names and kits becouse whit EAGRAPH can compres the strange pic format TSHPI search for it but don't now how to change it but i have the kits for any Dutch team but now i need to have the way edit the pleyer names en team names.
The logo and ingame choose kit is changed but now

- Edit Player names
- Edit team names
- Edit Kits or export kits


Hope some 1 can help me and i will send you any dutch patches or a patch that you want.
