Can I assign a team a penalisation before the first season?

Hi!
In Romania some teams will have points deducted before the season starts. Is there any way I can make this happen in FIFA 12 also?

I haven't seen any column in the db related to that but I haven't really picked it apart under the microscope. I know you can start a season having players injured and possibly suspended too (by messing with the career_extraplayerinfo table is possible to replicate injuries - like starting the season without David Villa on Barça,almost copying the injury picked in the club world cup) But there are other tables related to career mode that handle with events, but I'm not sure if that kind of punishment is possible
