FIFA has no rules apertaining to sleeves and puma has said they hope unless fifa iobject to continue using them.

Argentina gets assigned to Brazil and Costarica to some other team!

Well there is nothing against the laws in general competition that prohibits the use of non-sleeved uniforms, however the rules pertaining to the world cup state that each team must supply the authentic kit for their nation with a sponsors logo (no bigger than blah blah blah)...and must be sleeved either short, long or 3/4.

Also, they have had this in the Women's world cup after the Norweigans asked FIFA if they could simply 'roll' their sleves up, and this was granted.

So who knows for the world cup this time around. I don't think the non sleeve looks good anyway, pretty poofy if you ask me.

i doubt EA will have all the correct kit designs... and their quality would be inferior to Soccered's.

yea, if u ask Robert or JJ, they'll tell you they have more than 90% of the actual correct kits ready, that might be coming up as an add-on for FIFAfx WC Patch

I would say EA will have all licensed kits for WC 2002, they did in 98, and will want to do so again, they dont purchase official world cup licenses to not use them...

yeh, i hope so.. and stadiums too.

i bet EA will find problems in building Japan's state-of-Art Stadiums, like the Sapparo Dome.

Well EA had better get all the kits, players, stadiums etc right...
Consider this, people on this forum together make higher quality kits, faces and stadiums etc then EA, purely for the love of it...
EA are getting paid, and have all the resources they could ever need to make all these things, hey we ask for pictures of the kits, they probably ask for the kits! Meanwhile we are still taking it upon ourselves to improve there product...
World Cup 2002 better have all those little things which could make it an excellent game!

Just saw where England has a new away kit for WC 2002. So, how long will it be before we see it on our websites? Not long, I bet! Also, will there be a new home kit for England for the World Cup? Like I said, I don't imagine it will be long before you guys knock 'em out so we can get them in our games.
