Bulgarian NT Manager

Hey guys can u help me out!I want to manage the Bulgarian national team (the squad is full,it doesn't need any players) but I can't.Its not like when u start a game and add a manager go to a bulgarian team go to financial status click on bulgaria and manage the national team!Its not like that if somebody can help me out it will be greatly appreciated!

I think you need to have the Bulgarian League on and then you can do it the usual way.Good Luck!

I dunno about that actually.
Someone else tried that with Macedonia and it didn't work

Is there a bulgarian league on CM4? Never really noticed...well, if it isnt, chances are it wont work as there are no matches in bulgaria, or the 'league' meaning you cant scout...its easy to understand really.
