Building a stadium. Need oif tool

so i am starting to make stadiums.
i have: photoshop, 3dmax, stadium bilder, oedit and CM
but I can download OIF. i go a link but a password needed
to enter the site of it and OEDIT ( NFS world)
a. pls give link to oif tool
b. do i need anything else beside what i have?

I know this link, mate. I was thinking of stadiums that never been made for FIFA. Well...at least I didn't hear that. For instance - I didn't see anything about El Molinon (Sporting Gijon). Wouldn't be nice if someone make it?

there is no stadium template.

its a lot of work to make a stadium from zero.

Many people want to start making on stadium. I think its the hardest thing of editing (for psychics, time...). It will be nice when there will be somebody who start there and finish some stadium. I havent seen yet.

time ago and now i dont have this file for fifa 10
