You career mode players....what kind of training do you use to get your players in good fitness?

u get more prestige after each season depending on how many of the objectives u completed, im on 4000 points a week now in the second season :crazyboy: extra physical training but dont use it all the time otherwise r players will get nackered and mite get injured :( :crazyboy:
