Britney arranged quite the 27th birthday surprise for her brother Bryan yesterday. It started with a fake arrest and then led to a huge surprise party. Haha..Britney was at the scene, and being the actress that she is, pretended to worry and be confused (she is said to have planned this). The "agents" then reportedly drove him to his own suprise party! Very clever. Here're a few photos of the fake arrest. Britney is such a good actress! She seems so freaked out for real, lol

There is no such thing as a surprise party on your birthday. I mean everyone plans surprise parties on their birthday. Now saying his birthday was today April 21st than it would have been a surprise if she were to throw him a birthday party on oh say August 4st. That would have been a real surprise. I mean look at how much make up she has on he had to of known something had to be planned.
