Brazilian generic league in tournaments ?

Please, can someone put all the clubs in the CONMEBOL section into custom tournaments ? In that case, we can have at least a brazilian league, even with the generic players. I don't know why EA only forgot the south american teams in that menu, is the only ones that we cannot add to a custom league or cup/tournament. Thank you
