I'm sorry but if EA want to make the most realistic game they're gonna have to get the real boots in the game instead of these gay black ea boots. I want to see beckham in adidas not these silly red EA boots. I don't know all that much about the whole lincences thing but i think EA should be able to overcome it.

I totally agree with cashless...and about the real boots, if EA put Adidas boots in the game, there would go the nike liscense, and it would be the same if nike boots were in the game. That is why the fevernova ball got cut out of 2003 at the last second. What ea should do, and i know they wont, is make a boot that isnt mirrored, with an easy model so people can edit the boots, and not have mirrored boots.
As long asthe great editors are out there,there will always be the boots .and now with the Boot Revolution Its even better.I agree eas boot model should be unmirored ,but if it isnt its not the end of the world is it? anything is possible With people like Iamjames, Cashless and the rest about.

From the actual playable camera angles in the game you wouldn't be able to tell whether the players were wearing ballet shoes or basketball shoes.
Other than the cut-scenes and the intro you can't even tell what the freak the logos on the shirts look like so why this constant obssession with stuff which won't make crap all difference to the game. If you guys really really need individually colored shoe laces for each player and the correct colored eyes then make the patches yourselves after the games come out rather than strongly and at times angrily expressing an opinion which probably less than 0.5% of people on here give a crap about. They should open a thread purely for people to describe features which nobody on Earth gives a flying sh*t about so y'all can spend time in there talking about how great it will be if you can see different shapes of underwear under players shorts when they wear white!!!! People can get uptight about player's using the correct foot they use in real life, that's understandable but this crap, man.
People care about the gameplay, the teams and leagues in game quite rightly and even the stadiums but WTF have the shoes got to do with making it a better game except what you can masturbate over in the cut-scenes? the team working on graphics has to do over 1000 kits, plus all the faces for the players, plus all the stadiums, flags, cinematics, celebrations, chants, weather, lighting, crowd, grass... and you want them to worry about something that is barely noticeable like licensed boots??.. as long as they have some different color boots it will be enough.. is not like you can see the boots in great detail when you are playing.. unless u use a camera that is impossible to play with

no one is saying that editors shouldnt work in boots... but I dont want EA to expend a lot of time on creating hundreds of boots.. when they are barely noticeable during the game... editors do a great job and I would never knock their work. but like you said.. if you interested in boots you can just download the boot raptor and use the work of the talented editors
