I´ve read that you want to make a Mercurial Vapor boot pack. Fantastic idea - surely the Mercurial SL will be the highlight. But if it will not take too much time you can make a heritage-boot of the Mercurial Vapor: The Mercurial Vapor II blue
I tried to find some pictures of the boot - maybe it supports you.
(This request got time, I´m delighted that you´re going to make the Mercurial SL, it´s only a suggestion;))

These links are showing the Mercurial Vapor II from different perspectives (partly selfmade), because it isn´t easy to find many pictures of this boot from 2004.
