yes it will overwrite your saved games (as any other patch) but you could use the Sweeetpatch [www.fifa-mra.com] to install it just while you play with it. and the instructions are easy: just unzzip the file onto your main Fifa folder
or if you use sweetpatch, then unzzip it into a folder called Mexico, or whatever you want on your MRA Patches folder
