How come the linesmens always are black people? I don´t have anything against black people but that´s very unrealistic. I think it was the same in fifa2004.

Hey, didn´t I say that I DO NOT have anything against black people. But isn´t it very strange that in both fifa2004 and 2005 all the linesmen in every game, they are all black. Do you really think that´s realistic?

yes the linesmen are always black and that is strange when you play in european leagues...

I fully understand the reason of this thread because it is not political but about the realism of a soccer game.

BTW: I don"t understand that nowadays every little remark concerning black people (even positive) is considered as racism
You got to be able to see the things in the right perspective

you can turn on assistant referees with a patch and from what I hear, you can enable the referee by simply editing one of the ini files.

I think his point was that it's just a little odd, especially in the european leagues, that there are NO white assistant refs.

Fifa05 is supposed to model the real thing right? That's what we demand in terms of players and teams, so why not try to model the real thing for officials too.

no, i think that EA sports just didn't feel like doing much so they put all the lines men black. Same as the leagues in Europe which all snows around November to Feb. but there is no snow in the game if they was modeling the right thing there would have been snow

I guess so... but I mean my point still stands about the players right? They don't mess them up, or at least try their best not to - so what would be the difficulty of adding a few well-known FIFA refs and assistants! Or I mean at least randomizing the ones you get... it's just a matter of how they skin them for crikey's sake!
