i think you need to work a bit more on the texture mapping to pull the mouth more into the middle and get the eyes perfect. The nose is also a bit too slanted.

you might aswell use generic hair for him as his hair is so short it wouldn't make much difference. His mouth and nose look a bit too big at the moment.

You do no how to use texture mapping dont you, cos i believe that would help alot as previously mentioned.

Just a quick run through incase you dont. Somewhere in the menu is the mapping option, and it shows a flat version of the 3d model showing all the points. When you click a point it turns red, on both the texture and the model. Look at the red point on the model, which lets say for example is in the middle of the nose on the model. You then move the point on the texture to where that point on the model is, which will make the texture fit better.
